Accommodation:                                                                                    PACKAGES CARNIVAL 2009 **

•   A non returnable/non transferable deposit of 30% needs to be paid in order to secure reservation.
•  The deposit can be made using Paypal (we will send you a request for payment and U can use any credit card over a secure site), money transfer or if you are already in Brazil, by a deposit into our account (details will be sent by mail).
• After the deposit has been paid, the details of a VISA credit card needs to be sent to us to guarantee payment in case of cancelation/no show  (see cancelation policy below). We will ONLY use this credit card to charge R$1, about $0.60, to verify the details or in the case of cancelation/No show. (of course this R$1 will be deducted from the balance owed)
• Cancelation Policy: Cancelations made until 31/12/2008 are at no extra charge. The deposit however will not be returned. For cancelations made from 1/1/2009, the full value of the package, the remaining 70%,  will be charge to the credit card.
• Balance will be paid in cash on the day of arrival
•  The price includes a Nega Maluca T-shirt
•  A basic breakfast is served during the 7 nights of the carnival (as there is no one in the house to eat it......:-)

Short & long term Storage :

Family members: Free (if you stay at least one night when you return). If not R$2/per day/per item.

Long term storage: R$30 per month

We have gone wireless. Feel like surfing the net on the hammock? Downloading (?!) in the toilets? Get updated on your favorite cricket team in bed? Chat with  grandma on MSN while doing laundry on the roof? Now it is all possible because the Nega is a hotspot now. Yes, free wireless internet from every corner of the house so if you are traveling with your laptop (and we have no idea why you would like to do that, but just in case) PDA or any other device with a wireless network card you now have internet access no mater where you are.

Machine Wash:  Up to 5kg - R$ 10

Sink & soap for hand wash also available on our roof, free of charge of course.

We here at the Nega are always looking for travelers who can give us a hand around the house. The job is pretty simple. Lots of smiles, reception work, socializing with the guests, taking Loco the dog to the park, help & info. etc. In return you get a free bed & breakfast. Minimum stay 6 weeks.
